Unregistered / Not Logged In
 

I was looking at my Usergroup Manager and noticed something strange.
I have 384 users who's Primary group is "Unregistered / Not Logged In". How has this happened? They have entered a username* DOB* email* etc. so they should either be "Registered" or "Awaiting email confirmation".

Just curious how this has happened. Any ideas?
