How can I disable PMs for 1 specific user group?
 

The user in a user group can still send a PM with the number of allowed PMs = 0.

The instructions say setting that to 0 will disable it* but that is not happening. This is for only 1 specific user group.



I am extremely anxious to find the answer as soon as possible. Things are happening fast.
