3.75 -> 3.84 Footer & Navbar template customiztions
 

I am no php programmer. I added a rt column so that I could have a sponsors/advertisers banners down the page. I got the script from Floris (many thanks) and it works great. Now comparing the new and old side by side in the admincp or beyond compare and there are significant enough changes that I don't want to revert or overwrite.

Any suggestions?
