Newsletter question
 

For the first time I am about to use my newsletter option in vBulletin and I am wondering how others use it.

Is there a wysiwyg editor for it or a plugin?

Can it send HTML emails and does any one send out html any more?

Can it send advertising picture with out html being enabled?

And all other info on how things go best.
