Users Record reputation changes in history
 

I like the "View Change History" in user profiles (via AdminCP)* but it doesn't seem to log all events* like I think it should.
Some examples include removing a user's custom avatar or profile picture* as well as manipulation of a user's reputation point value.

These are important things that should be logged. If a fellow administrator is manually changing things on members' accounts (i.e. reputation points) for whatever reason* there's no way to know because 1) this isn't logged in the user's profile change history* and 2) the Control Panel log is nowhere near detailed enough.
