How do I change from index.php?

I'm looking into download a portal product called vBAdvanced CMPS* and I was just curious about something. I want the portal to be the first thing you see when you enter the website* so I want to set the URL of it to index.php. The thing is* there already is an index.php* which I want to change to forum.php. Where in my admin panel would I have to edit to change this* and how? The more detail you can give me the better!
