Is there a bug in html?
 

Hello this doesnt make sence to me. I enable admin to allow html and when i try to allow html in a forum its not showing the html its showing the code. I disable reg users to allow html so they are not able to. Now if i go to the forum manager and allow html registered users and admin are allow to add html but this is not supposed to happen. I only want admin to allow html and this isnt working. Now mind you i have a fresh install and i have no mods so its not a mod problem. Is this a bug in Vbullein? Basically what i want to do is only allow admin to be able to input html in the forums not registered users. Is this possable?

Now my permissions are set that admin can allow html (thats not working) and reg users are not allow to add html (and thats working)..So how do i set it only the admin can allow html
