Reported visitor message problem
 

Can anyone help me explain what I'm doing wrong* or is this a bug.

Currently* on my forum:

When a post or PM is reported
1. Post made in forum
2. Email sent to Administrators and Super Moderators (members of Forum Moderators usergroup)

When a Visitor Message is reported
1. Post made in forum
2. Email sent to person who is Moderator of a single forum* and is not in any special Usergroup

So when Visitor Message is reported no actual forum staff are sent an Email. Does anyone know how I can fix this* I want the Moderator to recieve no Emails and I want Admins and SMs to recieve Emails?
