Paid subscription/User Rank I am running a paid subscription on my forum. When a user purchases this subscription* it DOES NOT change their primary usergroup and it keeps them at "registered user". It puts them into a secondary "member" group and gives them more privileges* and adds a gold star as a user rank. This works fine. When the scheduled task manager runs the subscriptions and sees that the members subscription is expired* it removes their privileges and removes the secondary usergroup and keeps them into the "registered users" group....perfect! Problem is* they keep the gold star as a user rank. The only way that I can get rid of it* is to go and manually update the user ranks. Once I do that* it gets rid of the star. Is there a way to have it remove the star also* without manually doing it? I noticed all "scheduled tasks" are in the ./includes/cron/ folder* but there is not a user rank in that folder. I see there is /includes/functions_ranks.php. but that is only in the includes folder Do scheduled tasks have to be in the includes/cron folder? Are you even able to give secondary usergroups a rank? Thanks |
