Refusing to let me add iframe to template
 

OK I have VB 3.8.4

I'm trying to do this http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=197563

But every instance of Iframe in the template I get a 404 I don't have permission to access template.php on this server.

What in the world? I can use any other html tag except the one I need
