vBulletin 3.8.3/3.8.4 RAM/CPU consumption

vBulletin is awesome and there's no doubt to that! I've been running vBulletin on shared environment for long and moved to VPS recently.

I understand the vBulletin's RAM consumption depends on many factors. My VPS maxed the VPS limit of 512 MB at about 400-450 simultaneous users.

I'm using vB 3.8.3 with vBSEO.

I'm now thinking of upgrading to VPS with 1GB ram. Will that be enough to handle about 600-700 simultaneous visitors [about ~ 30-35 logged in users]?

What are your suggestions?
