phrase - how to find every screen where a phrase is used
 

Is there a way to find every screen that displays any particular phrase?

Right now I want to identify all the places forum_rules_description is used. I know about the registration box* I'm wondering if it is displayed anywhere else.

And would like to be able to look this up myself when it comes up again.
