Import entire group from Yahoo or Google

I am managing a large (and very active) group on Yahoo Groups.
Is there a way to automatically import all users and messages from Yahoo (or Google) groups to vBulletin?

I have read the post about importers and Impex* but not sure I understand...

If this capability is not built into vBulletin* is there a way to problematically do that?
