Rebooting server - any precautions?
 

I need to reboot my server (Linux* plesk* centos05) to check if both RAID drives are fully functional.

So I was wondering if everything (like sql server etc.) is supposed to start up and running again normally without any problems.

Or are there any known issues connected with rebooting a server?
