Variable to show only for guest and some templates

I need to show some Ads only for guest and in some templates* not all.
I would like show it only for guest and in forumdisplay and showthread.
What variable must I use?
I tried any variables with if condition="THIS_SCRIPT but it doesnt' work..Can you tell me the correct variable?
