When It Comes To Starting A New Site Powered By VB.
 

I have been planning on starting 2 new sites powered by vBulletin. I currently have a 3rd one up now that is undeveloped as well. My question is should i bother to develop these websites with the latest 3.8.4 version of vBulletin or should i wait for the release of VB4? I just don't want to go through all the work to develop these sites only to have to turn right back around and upgrade everything. I only ask cause i don't know how involved or how much work it would take to transition to the new VB4 if i develop them with vb 3.8.4 now. So i would like to here from some VB experts on this issue* What would you do? Start development? or just wait for VB4 to be released tho we have no clue how long this will be?
