Send Users Email and Animated GIF upload stopped working.
 

I've recently upgraded my PHP from version 5.2.6 to 5.2.10 and now ers are uploading animated gif files for avatars but then they upload them they are no longer animated. Their usergroup does have access to upload animated files and have been able to do so in the past* but not now.

Any suggestions on what i can look for to correct this issue?
