Does 3.8.4 come with preloaded plugins installed?
 

Probably a silly question* but I see a plugin in my Plugin Manager called Header Stats that doesn't have authorship information and was wondering if it comes preloaded with vb. Don't recall ever seeing it before until now* when I was considering disabling all plugins to help troubleshoot a problem.
