i added a second navbar* but i cant mod

ive added a second navbar from here :-

i add another row of navbar links no problem into it
but how do i add drop menus* or additional popup menus into the navbar onto this second row of links please??

i also installed this Additional navbar with dropdowns :-

but dont know this* so how to take out please???
