Shouting enabled...not working
 

Hi*

I just peeked into a thread on my forum and a member typed out their entire post in caps lock. I thought I had disabled it by putting a 1 in the "Prevent 'SHOUTING'" box under Message Posting and Editing Options* but apparently it isn't working?

I'm using vB 3.7.3pl1
