Vbulletin Forum not working at certain times in the day?
 

Hey guys*

For the past 3 weeks or so* our vbulletin forum on our website is not available for viewing often during times between 10 am - 3 pm. We thought it was a hosting issue* but they said its a software issue. I am not sure whats going on.
