Show attached pictures even if disabled for a user group
 

Visitors cannot see image attachments on my forum as a way to promote forum registration.

However* I made a few sub-forums for dealers to publish news* and I would like for those forums to bypass the general status of attachments for that group (or all groups for that matter).

Would that be possible* maybe via a simple plugin?
