حذف المنتدى بسبب حقوق vB.. أريد توضيحاَ وكيفية فعل ذلك

لأسبوعين وموقعي مختفي وبعد عودته لأيام رجع اختفى
المرة الأولى ربما كان من شركة الإستضافة لكن الثانية.. بعد أيام تم إبلاغي بالتالي

فهمت أن المسألة مسألة حقوق لكن لم أفهم جيداَ الرسالة.. فإن كان هناك أمر مهم أو خطير آخر يا ريت تخبروني به

والسؤال هو كيف بإمكاني حذف المنتدى وأنا لا أستطيع الولوج للسي بانيل Cpanel ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟
