Error 1044
 

I've searched and found several others with the same issue.

I cannot resolve this issue.

I uploaded the 'upload' folder to the correct place (public_html, hosted by inmotion) and renamed it 'forum'. The editing to my config file reflects the name 'forum'.

What did I do wrong?
