Gaining access to $vbulletin->userinfo from 3rd party script
 

Hello Everyone,

Is there a way to gain access to an active VBulletin session from a third party script? I specifically need access to the usergroupid of a logged in user. I was hoping that simply require("/path/to/class_core.php") would be sufficient to access an initialized userinfo object, but it seems I am missing a step, or two, or many.

Can someone please help, or point me in the right direction to find help?
