Alert Board Off! Move / Re-Locate?
 

i was thinkin if i can move under navbar this Alert Board Off Square Box thing?

coz i have a delicate image header skin style and everytime i turn my board off and this box appear it breaks my header...so maybe it's better if i can move it under the navbar...but how can i do it if possible?

need some guide or help from any expert here if possible
