System not updating ???

Number of files that may be attached to a single post. Set to '0' to have no limit.



I have this set to 10 and im still getting this message

"You have included 6 images in your message. You are limited to using 4 images so please go back and correct the problem and then continue again. "


i orginally had it set up at 4 but for some reason its not updating??? and anyone help me?
