Moved server. No more attachments
 

I am working on moving my site from one server to another and all has gone quite well except that I can no longer view attached images nor their thumbnails. The filesystem path is slightly different so I went through setting the debug option in the config file and altered the attachment path. However I still can't see thumbnails or images. I'm not totally sure where to go to next for troubleshooting this. Any advice?
