Attachment Uploads failing for some users after server change
 

ok, I have recently moved my 3.7.3 patch lvl 1 site to a new server. From Centos 5.XX(early) to the newest Centos version with a lot better hardware.

All went smoothly apart (so far) but users and moderators cannot upload files/images to the forum now... (it was fine before)

As an admin I can upload things fine and I cant work this out!!

I have searched this forum extensively but cant find a fix that cures my problem.

heres the pertinent information

Results
No errors occurred while opening the uploaded file for reading.
The test upload works fine (but the user is an admin..!)

/tmp/ is chmod 777

I cant see anything wrong in php.ini and if a tech person on here needs this I will pm you the link :)

Im really hoping someone can shed some light on this.... I want to update to 3.8 but need to get this fixed first!
