'New' Board help
 

I am looking to create a website using vBulletin but am getting very confused and have some questions that I can't find answers. Here's the deal:

I have a website and recently realized that my current host wasn't giving me all I wanted from it, I decided to look into getting a website here. Until I noticed that vB doesn't do the whole site. So I poked around some more and ended up with some questions.

Do I need any experience with the PHP language to use vB?

I also have no experience with the MySQL, is this a problem?

Are things like a 'noreply' email and auto-responders/messages included?

I haven't used anything but FreeWebs and Zetaboards to make my websites and fear I will be overwhelmed by all of this, but I am willing to learn this stuff if I need to (I would like to know what I'm getting into).
