Forum loads a white screen after loading everything after clicking any link
 

Everytime I click any link on the site, the site will load a white screen then load the contents of the site. Instead of loading and keeping the current background on the page, the entire browser goes white then loads everything up again....doesn't seem right at all and doesn't load normal.
