How to control spam
 

Every day I have to spend about 1/2 hour deleting spam posts. 100's of them from 82.193.*.* and other IP address. Most with non-alphabetic post titles, and definitely all automated. I am spending so much time on this I am having trouble getting content up. I already have my forums set to require email verification. But I am sure spammers have found a way to automate that too.

Is there a better way to manage spam?
