Odd Slow Query

FROM post AS post
WHERE post.userid = 18592 AND post.visible = 1 AND post.threadid IN (052118, 442, 14974, 44815, 28188, 16207,
8946, 45735, 17069, 60362, 70795, 27665, 54, 1450, 54052, 27682, 16970, 108, 66158, 8043)
GROUP BY threadid

I have many similar queries like this that take awhile to process. I bolded the part where I found it to be suspicious. I assume it should be:

post.threadid IN (0 , 52118, ...

Was wondering if this query is part of vB or a possible plugin/addon.
