Tools.php not working
 

I'm trying to access tools.php to try and resolve a cookie issue but every time I upload it, I just get a blank page when I point my browser to it. I have downloaded the files from the Members Area again a couple of times just to make sure, but I am still encountering the issue. I have also made sure that I am uploading in ASCII and have tried copying the file over using my host CPanel, to no effect.
