Calendar NAvigation
 

I would like anonymous users to be able to navigate the calendar in the same way logged in users can. When logged in, users get arrows for next and previous months, etc. I want that navigation bar accessible to all. I'm running the most current version of everything, successfully; a WAMP stack.
