Attachments showing URL instead
 

SOMEtimes this happens. When a user clicks a thumbnail, instead of the full size image being shown, they'll just get a blank white page, with the URl of the attachment shown at the top. Eg:

.. and that's all the page shows. Any reason why? Is there any maintainence thing I can run to 'rebuild' anything that would fix this ?
