Can't lift the ban on a user for some reason!
 

Had a member who was banned and have just gone to manually lift the ban.

Whenever I go to their profile in the Admin CP and try to lift it there I get a pop-up box asking for a username and password. I get the same if I try to view Banned Users in the Users section on the left of the Admin CP. I get this even though I'm set as one of the SuperAdmin in the config file.

No matter what I enter in the pop-up box it doesn't like it, so I'm stumped!

We had folder protection on the AdminCP and ModCP folders and I assumed it was asking for those details, but it's not as it won't accept the details that are definitely correct for that. Also, I removed the protection on that folder just to see if it was somehow related but the problem is still there!

Any ideas?
