Hello,

I was just wondering something.

I was wondering if there was a way to turn off someone's ability to *receive* pms without being able to *send* pms.

I know how to turn off the ability to use the pm function, we are having a spammer pm issue and we would like to set a min post requirement for pms.

However there is concern that this would affect the infraction system and a mod's ability to send an infraction.
