Forums tying up client processor?
 

I've had two independent complaints about our vBulletin-powered forum using up a lot of cpu ("100%" and "99%") on the user's computer. One seemed to think that it was limited to 'showthread.php' (he didn't use those words).

Has anyone else had this trouble? Is there a workaround?

One user found that changing the message editor interface from standard to basic solved the issue, but that's not an ideal solution from our standpoint.
