Same name, same concept
 

I recently found a site/group, in another country, that has the same name as my organization/forum. The description of this group matches what mine was, in the early stages. to a tee.

They are using my company/group's exact name. Is there anything I can do about it, or do I not have exclusive rights to my group's name?
