Fatal Redirection Error
 

I installed Zoints on my forum for SEO, without realizing that I already had C-Logic SEO on there. So now, since there are two commands for 301 redirection, I can't access any part of my forums because of the error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare redirect_301
How do I disable one of them with no access to Admin CP or any other part of the forums. Is there a way I can do it using phpmyadmin or something like that?
Please help. It's only been a week since I got the forum, and I really want it back up. My forums are at www.thediagonalley.com/forums
