Warning for those considering buying vB

I have been using vBulletin for the last 5 years. I have developed and coded themes, modifications and built a few desirable alias accounts on the vB coding community.

Recently I decided to email support about one of my forums not working - I assumed its because the licence has expired. This is how it went down. I hope people can see how support and customer service has gone down hill with vB. So cold.

I asked you if I renew my licence will my site work, is it because my licence is expired that its not working and you responded like an arrogant prat. They should keep Steve on all support queries.
