Notifications Malfunction
 

Hi I am the owner of a Vbulletin board and recently a troll has registered. I quickly took care of the problem by using the admin cp to delete all private and visitor messages sent by the troll and banning it. However after doing so I returned to the index of my boards and my notifications were set to 4 billion visitor messages. I put a screen pic below to show you.

I'm not sure how to get rid of this so any assistance would be appreciated as this could be happening to other members of my site as well. If I'm going to have to send in a support ticket for this, I would appreciate if someone could let me know.
