users are being logged out
 

I'm not having this experience myself. But a number of users and a mod are being constantly logged out by the forum software. They are having to log in again to post and to see the forums they can only see because of their usergroup. Most users aren't having the issue, but a good many are.

We asked them to clear the cookies and log in again. This helps temporarily, but the problem returns.

It seems the forum is rejecting some people's persistant cookies. Is there something we can do to fix this? Something the users can do?
