برنامج مهم يقوم بمعرفة كل تغيير يتم في النظام عند تنصيب وتثبيت اي برنامج كان ليقوم

بحذفه عند الرغبة في ذلك حذفا كاملا بدون ابقاء تلك الملفات التى تترك عادة عند حذف
