Categories got deleted.
 

Well recently I've been hacked and some one deleted my important categories and I only have a 2 week old back up. Is the way to revere the deletion in phpmyadmin.

If not, is there a way to replace the user, posts, and categories with the old backup parts because uploading the 2 week old backup is not working.
