المفكرة ++ هو حر (كما هو الحال في "حرية التعبير" وأيضا كما في "البيرة الحرة") محرر شفرة المصدر واستبدال المفكرة التي تدعم عدة لغات. يعمل في بيئة مايكروسوفت ويندوز، ويحكم استخدامه من قبل رخصة غل.
