Upgrade and now enable plugins disappeared
 

I just upgrade 3.83 to 3.84

I shut off plugins via the adminCP prior to the upgrade.

Now the 'enable plugins' or any reference to this.... is missing from the adminCP Options.

Can someone assist?

Never mind I figured it out, I use auto thread tagger and had to uninstall it....
