does vbulletin work through popup blockers etc?
 

I used some other forum software that when you click on some buttons that require popups, Internet explorer popup blocker would block it, and sometimes IE displayed a message like "do you want to run this scripted window" message, so my question is, do all of Vbulletin buttons like Insert URL work if a person is using IE's popup blocker or another popup blocker and also IE's run scripted window blocker?
