A Particular Page of a Particular Forum is not Opening
 

Hello,
When I check my server load, its showing a particular page of a particular forum consuming almost 32% of CPU/Memory/MySQL resources of my server.

When I click on that page (Page Number 13 in my case) its not opening, whereas all other pages (Page 1 to Page 12 and Page 14 to Page 18) of that forum is opening like it should.

What may cause this? I have vBSEO 3.3.0 Gold installed though.
I am running vBulletin version 3.8.4
